Foundation.... TCV was founded by Jay-Luis Dunn, artist and designer by trade,
Jay has a passion for crafted products, originality and quality experience. This combined with a young career in national and European superbike racing lead to his passion for fine tuning, efficiency and precision. The perfect recipe for realizing a dream in Food and Beverage.
Paying Homage.... That dream was to create an establishment Where Homage is made to the craftsmanship of what we consume and enjoy, on a daily basis. We pay tribute to the delicacies of human history, the leading inspiration in our journey. We toast to the experiments that have resulted in our great experience, and to keep those discoveries ever evolving.

We are both! Our "Crafty Vendor" providing fine beverages and bar service "Presents" "Artisan Alley" our alley of Artisan Foods to pair with your beverage of choice, takeout or sit in.
We are constantly expanding our knowledge of the products we sell, in preparation for your queries. So if there is anything you need, find a style you like, or want to try something new, ask, and we will do our best to nourish your decision.

Mixologist and Bartender - Crafting Unforgettable Experiences
We are seeking a skilled and passionate mixologist and bartender with a good appreciation of liqueurs, wines, and top-tier cocktail creation to join our esteemed hospitality team.
In this role, you will contribute your expertise in crafting exceptional drinks while delivering unparalleled customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and create a unique, high-quality cocktail menu utilizing vintage liqueurs and premium spirits.
• Educate customers on wine selections and provide pairing recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service, anticipating guests needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Stay current on industry trends and continuously improve knowledge of spirits, wine, and mixology techniques.
• Ensure the bar area is well-stocked, organized, and adheres to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience in bartending and mixology, preferably in a high-end or fine dining establishment
• In-depth knowledge of vintage liqueurs, wine, and cocktail creation
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Passionate about crafting memorable experiences for guests
